This has been a lovely day & the Evening is not the less So. I hav Been all a lone in the Colonels Quarters untill after noon. When Lt Colonel Potter Came down with his things Made a Chereful after noon Lt Ballard Divis Adj. & Lt Jull. As Adj. came down this Eve Health pretty Good

The Wind has blown quite hard today It Seames very much like March Weather. Other wise pleasant Brig Inspection Lt Col Potter Inspect I Cleaned in the morning put On Some Clean Close Collar. &c. & then Spent the most of my time in Reading the most promisment is Peese Rumers
