Pleasant this morning a bout Eight oc AM we heard skermishing on the Strassburgh R. We moved out

a bout To miles & lay there in the woods all day. Nothing was done. Except Cavalry Skermishing at Eve we moved back to Our Old Camp & Took Some of the Colonels Coffe & Ham, Light Bread &c.
